Working with consumers
Communities flourish when people can access health care and are activated to manage their own health, resulting in improved outcomes and a high-quality care experience.
COORDINARE works with consumers and communities to identify local needs and engage in health service planning, design, delivery, and evaluation. We aspire to foster better and more equitable health outcomes across our region.
