Supporting general practice

We support general practice as the foundation of primary care. General practice workforce includes GPs, nurses, allied health professionals and practice administrators, working together to improve patient care.
Well-supported, high-quality general practice is key to effective primary care and positive health outcomes across the region.

Showcasing our region as an area of choice for health workers

COORDINARE partnered with the Rural Doctors Network NSW (RDN) to showcase South Eastern NSW as an area of choice for health workers wanting to provide comprehensive health care services, while embedding themselves in their local communities.

Hosted on RDN’s innovative Rural Health Pro platform, the South Eastern NSW Places page is the go-to site for information on our diverse region, job vacancies, projects, grants and scholarships. We also developed a GP Orientation Guide to support general practice.
